1. After connecting your GLOBARANGE phone according to the Operating Instructions, you can check your joip number by selecting "joip" on the phone menu and then "My joip Numbers".

2. If you have connected your GLOBARANGE phone properly and your joip number still does not appear under "My joip Numbers", disconnect your GLOBARANGE phone from the power supply, wait for 2 minutes and connect it again. Wait for 2 more minutes and repeat step number 1 above.

3. If you are still unable to locate your joip number please contact the joip support team.
