joip Service Overview

The joip service included in the GLOBARANGE Panasonic phone offers: (GLOBARANGE phone owners can login now from the top of this page):

- Unlimited free calls to and from any other joip number in the world.

- A unique joip number. You can use this number to make and receive unlimited free calls to or from any other joip number in the world.

- Extremely low rates for calls to friends and family who do not have GLOBARANGE yet

- A wide range of Features, such as: Online address book, ring tones, text messages, joip soft Phone, community directory, Do Not disturb, Voice Mail with email notification and many more

- A variety of calling plans allowing you to call non-joip numbers at extremely low rates. The calling plans include an additional telephone number anywhere in the world. You are no longer bound by geography; you can choose your additional number from a selected international and local area codes and talk with friends and customers overseas at the cost of a local call.
If you live in Germany and you have family in New-York, you can choose a New York number. Your family will dial a New York number at local rates but your phone will ring in Germany! You just talk for much less.

- Full online account management. joip’s Member Center allows features management, call records details, billing transactions, listening to Voice Mail messages and more. You can also choose the language that suits you best.

- Robust customer support: Online FAQ’s, emails support and phone support in many languages.

- Security and E911: joip’s network is fully secured and offers E911 support for USA residents customers.
